Fred & June Wallace Lucchessi Memorial Scholarship was created by family in memory of Fred & June Wallace Lucchesi. This scholarship is awarded to a full time student with a minimum of a cumulative 2.0 gpa that attended an Oroville area high school and resides in Oroville.
