Kathy Lovelace Memorial Foster Youth Scholarship

The Kathy Lovelace Foster Youth Scholarship is awarded to a full time student with a cumulative gpa of 2.5 of greater enrolled in law enforcement, fire academy, nursing, welding, automotive or industrial tech. The student must be a former foster youth.
